The artwork was planned by Assistant Research Staff Kinuko Kasama and Program-Specific Associate Professor Jusaku Minari of the Uehiro Research Division for iPS Cell Ethics and created by Tatsuya Kameyama and Atsuko Nakagawa of the creative unit tupera tupera. Please note that the artwork in the exhibition was completed using a special printing technique based on the original artwork. Click the image above for a larger picture. There is no right or wrong way to look at this work. People familiar with science may see one thing, while those who are into art may see something else. After a scanning and refinement process, the piece was perfected using the ultraviolet (UV) printing technique, KASANE GRAPHICA, which accentuates the depth and texture of the original work by stacking layers of ink.
